My experience with Wenzel Select Properties was awesome, beginning to end. I first met Lisa when I found a property on a real estate rental website. She was the listing agent. The house wasn’t what I hoped for, but as I looked at it she asked me questions about what I really needed. She never tried to talk me into what I didn’t want. Instead she helped get me get signed up for automated notification if new listings that met my criteria.
I was a difficult customer. My actual moving date was in constant flux and I was very picky with a difficult schedule. Melissa and Lisa worked with me for nearly 8 months. Although I kept changing my mind, they never gave up on me. Towards the end of my search properties were being snatched up so fast I could barely keep up. Melissa was terrific, she would schedule showings and get things moving quickly so I would not miss out.
Melissa and Lisa’s help was invaluable as I was not familiar with the area and they helped me to know what the pros and cons of the areas were. When all was said and done, I had the perfect place for me and Melissa even helped me find a new hair stylist. Lisa and Melissa are more than real estate agents. They are neighbors who want what’s best for you. I am so thankful for their service!
