Use of Cloth Face Coverings to
Slow the Spread of COVID -19
The CDC recommends wearing a mask or cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (grocery stores, pharmacies, etc). Face coverings should be routinely washed depending on the frequency of use. A washing machine should suffice in properly washing a face covering.

National Monthly Home Sales Declined,
Home Prices Increased
Existing-home sales rates have been fluctuating over the past few months, and the trend continued into January. Sales were down 1.3%, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). We were in town for the weekend, looking for a rental, as I would be moving here with my girlfriend, to begin a new job. Spent all day Saturday and part of Sunday looking at options in the area. Most were dirty or not well taken care of, and we were getting very discouraged. Literally moments before we were going to give up and head back to Iowa, we made contact with Lisa, who went out of her way to show us a rental townhouse she had available. It was perfect, and she was amazing. I would gleefully recommend her to everyone, as she goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Can’t thank her enough, and she will be our realtor for as long as we live in this area!!
