Use of Cloth Face Coverings to
Slow the Spread of COVID -19
The CDC recommends wearing a mask or cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (grocery stores, pharmacies, etc). Face coverings should be routinely washed depending on the frequency of use. A washing machine should suffice in properly washing a face covering.

National Monthly Home Sales Declined,
Home Prices Increased
Existing-home sales rates have been fluctuating over the past few months, and the trend continued into January. Sales were down 1.3%, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Market Volatility Is Affecting Mortgage Rates
In early March, the 30-year rate plunged to its lowest level in 50 years, at 3.29%, when the Fed dropped the federal funds rate to zero. Market fears stoked by concern over the global outbreak of COVID-19 helped drive down bond yields, which are tied to mortgage interest rates.
More Homeowners Are Refinancing
Homeowners scrambled to refinance and lock in the low rate. Surging mortgage applications overwhelmed lenders. The wave of mortgage applications caused an imbalance in the secondary mortgage market and there were more mortgage-backed securities to be sold than there were investors… Read More

We were in town for the weekend, looking for a rental, as I would be moving here with my girlfriend, to begin a new job. Spent all day Saturday and part of Sunday looking at options in the area. Most were dirty or not well taken care of, and we were getting very discouraged. Literally moments before we were going to give up and head back to Iowa, we made contact with Lisa, who went out of her way to show us a rental townhouse she had available. It was perfect, and she was amazing. I would gleefully recommend her to everyone, as she goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Can’t thank her enough, and she will be our realtor for as long as we live in this area!!
