I have worked with Wenzel Select Properties a number of times over the past few years in both, selling and buying a home as well as listing rental properties. It has always been a smooth experience. It ended up being a very long process, only due to the extraordinary long time it took to go through an initial short sale purchase. My experience with Wenzel Select Properties was awesome, beginning to end. I first met Lisa when I found a property on a real estate rental website. She was the listing agent. The house wasn’t what I hoped for, but as I looked at it she asked me questions about what I really needed. She never tried to talk me into what I didn’t want. Instead she helped get me get signed up for automated notification if new listings that met my criteria.
I was a difficult customer. My actual moving date was in constant flux and I was very picky with a difficult schedule. Melissa and Lisa worked with me for nearly 8 months. Although I kept changing my mind, they never gave up on me. Towards the end of my search properties were being snatched up so fast I could barely keep up. Melissa was terrific, she would schedule showings and get things moving quickly so I would not miss out.
Melissa and Lisa’s help was invaluable as I was not familiar with the area and they helped me to know what the pros and cons of the areas were. When all was said and done, I had the perfect place for me and Melissa even helped me find a new hair stylist. Lisa and Melissa are more than real estate agents. I contacted Melissa to help me find a house to rent. I needed to find a home for my children, self, and husband. I had a ton of questions and concerns. I also had specific criteria that I needed to find in a home, neighborhood, and school district. Melissa was quick to respond and help answer all of my questions. Lisa was great in the bidding process and I got very close to the number I was willing to offer to seal the deal! Lisa referred me to a great lender – Caliber Loans – and they worked very hard to make the lending process very easy. I moved from Indiana where attorneys are not used for selling/buying homes, so that was a new experience, but again, the attorney Lisa referred me to was great! I am moved in and getting settled and am very happy with my purchase that Lisa made possible!!
